Health Coaching

Do you have trouble with food cravings or allergies? Are you tired of yo-yo dieting and want to find a natural weigh to lose weight, get healthy, or find balance in your life? Would you like to develop a deeper understanding of how food and lifestyle choices affect your health and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health?

Personal Training

Nutrition Coaching

Maybe you feel like you’ve got the lifestyle stuff down, but you’re a little stuck when it comes to your actual nutrition. With Nutrition Coaching, we’ll focus purely on the nutritional aspect of your health and fitness. We utilize Breezing to assess and monitor your Metabolic Energy Expenditure to help tailor your nutritional program and meal plans.

Nutrition coaching can be done in shorter increments, for those looking for a meal plan to follow. When you are ready to really learn and develop the skills necessary for life-long change, our year-long program is the best. Our nutrition curriculum is powered by Precision Nutrition’s ProCoach platform, delivering daily content to your inbox to keep you on track and help you with changing your habits. Together, with your coach, you’ll be able to develop the skills you need so you can make the necessary adaptations in your life to be best your best at every stage.

TEAM Training Sessions

Variety, fun and support through Serenity Fitness’ TEAM training sessions.  Join your fellow fitness enthusiasts for high energy and tremendous results in our TEAM Sessions. We keep our classes smaller for a more intimate and results-oriented experience. You can’t expect the instructors in the big box gym fitness classes to notice and help you correct your form or improve your performance, but that’s just what you’ll get in our more personal classes.

Virtual Training

We are pleased to offering an affordable and convenient personal training offering: virtual training. We utilize the GAIN Fitness app to create customized personal training programs for you to use where you workout with the equipment you have available to you. Whether that is a home gym, other facility or even the great outdoors, we can help you train for your goals. Virtual training is a monthly subscription and can include one-on-one Personal Training Sessions at Serenity Fitness, nutrition coaching and/or customized meal plans.
