When Are Semi-Private Sessions Right For Me?

Semi-Private Training and Coaching means that you share your session with one or more people at the same time.

Semi-private training or coaching is the right choice when:
  • You enjoy working out with others
  • The collective energy of the group uplifts you
  • You have great body awareness
  • You know how to move your body effeciently and effectively for the exercise format you’re attending
  • You are experienced with fitness and know when to push yourself and when to take a break
  • You would feel comfortable stopping and resting for your safety when you need and would not feel the need to push yourself into injury zone becacuse you “don’t want to let the team down”
  • You are confident that you will keep yourself safe and be able to adjust your form when needed
  • You listen to the coaches verbal cues, always check yourself to make sure you are following them, and adjust when needed
  • You want to maintain your current fitness level
