  • Accountability in a group setting can often be even more powerful than in a one-on-one setting – there’s something about publicly committing to a group of people that you’ll do something
  • When you are with others, particularly in a coaching setting, you learn from each other’s experiences as well as help other’s in the group when you share yours – this often means exposure to unique and different ideas that you’d like to try in your own life and would never have thought of on your own
